"Okay for the price, but the wear feels preventable"
I got this a few months ago and it still works fine, so I can’t say it’s a total miss. That said, the material feels a little flimsy and I’m already noticing some small signs of wear. For the price, it’s not terrible, but I do feel like the durability issue was preventable if it had just been made a bit sturdier. Overall, I’m kind of on the fence about it.

"Got sorted in the end"
I had an issue with my order and got frustrated at first because the response took longer than I expected. I ended up sending a complaint and had to chase it once, which felt avoidable.
That said, they did eventually get back to me and sorted everything out properly. It wasn’t a perfect experience, but I’m happy enough now and at least they didn’t just ignore the problem.

Got my order in about 3 days, so shipping was fast. Box came in good shape too, no big issue or anything. Overall, I’m happy with it...

"Checkout was easy, but I had to double-check too much"
Checking out on Nova Blue was straightforward and didn’t take long. The pages loaded fine, and my payment went through without any weird errors or anything. The only annoying part was the shipping info not being super clear until the very end, so I had to go back and double-check everything, which felt like extra effort for something that should’ve been obvious. Still, overall it was a good experience and I’d probably use the site again.

"Packaging could’ve been better"
My order from novablue.co showed up and thankfully everything inside was fine, but the packaging itself felt kind of cheap. One corner was slightly bent, which wasn’t a huge deal, but companies should take a bit more care with how they ship people’s orders. Nothing was damaged, so I’m not too upset, but it was average overall.

"Canceling was way more awkward than it should’ve been"
The service itself was fine, but trying to cancel my subscription was such a hassle. I felt kind of embarrassed because I kept clicking around like I was missing something obvious, but the cancel option was really hard to find and the site kept sending me in circles. Support did eventually get back to me, just slower than I expected. It wasn’t a terrible experience overall, but it definitely made me not want to stick around.

"Didn’t feel very trustworthy"
I didn’t feel comfortable placing an order here. The site didn’t have much clear info, and when I tried to get some answers, it felt like I was stuck in a support loop without anyone actually helping. After a while, the whole thing just gave me a bad feeling, so I decided not to go through with it

well... I tried taking a look around novablue.co, but the website was a bit of a pain to use. A few pages loaded slower than I expected, and I wasn’t always sure where I was supposed to click next. The design looks fine overall, but finding basic information took longer than it should have. It’s not a terrible site, just not the smoothest experience.

The payment step just didn’t feel very trustworthy to me. I hesitated before entering my details because the checkout seemed a bit off. it feels like an avoidable issue if they made the payment page look more secure and polished.

"Fit was a little off for me"
My order arrived okay, but I was hoping the response/shipping would be a bit faster. As for the item itself, the fit wasn’t quite what I expected. I ordered my usual size and it felt a little tight around the waist but kind of loose in other spots. It’s not awful, just not the perfect fit I was hoping for. I might try sizing up next time.

I just didn’t feel like it was worth what I paid. For the price, I expected a lot more, and what I actually got felt underwhelming. Kind of ridiculous, to be honest.

"Delivery was fine, but a little late"
I ordered from novablue.co and, to be fair, the package did show up in good condition. It just took a few days longer than I was expecting, and the tracking wasn’t very clear, which was a bit frustrating. I get that delays happen, but a simple update would’ve been the decent thing to do. Overall, not a terrible experience, just not the most dependable delivery.

"Refund took way longer than expected"
I’m still waiting on my refund and the whole process has been frustrating. I’ve reached out a few times, and support basically keeps saying things like “it’s being processed” or “please allow a bit more time,” but it’s already taken way too long. Really annoying experience overall.

"Mostly good stock, but missing one size"
I usually have a good experience finding what I need here, and this time most of the items were in stock, which I appreciated. The only downside was that one of the sizes I needed was missing, so I couldn’t complete everything in one trip. Not a huge issue, but it was still inconvenient, and I’d expect some kind of compensation or discount when that happens. Overall, still a decent experience, 4 stars.
